Craig Lloyd founded Urban in 2008 with a vision to deliver commercial construction projects with a higher standard of execution, communication, and client service.
With more than three decades of experience in construction and project management, Craig has overseen the successful delivery of workplace, commercial, and tenant improvement projects across the Greater Toronto Area. Under his leadership, Urban has completed projects for some of North America’s most recognized organizations, helping transform workplaces for leading technology companies, financial institutions, professional services firms, and growing businesses.
Craig’s strength lies in his ability to bridge strategy and execution. From pre-construction planning through project completion, he remains actively involved in ensuring clients receive practical solutions, transparent communication, and exceptional results. His hands-on leadership style, combined with deep industry knowledge, has helped establish Urban as a trusted construction partner for organizations seeking complex, high-quality commercial environments.

Denise McDonald brings nearly a decade of experience in commercial interior construction, supporting projects from pre-construction through closeout. She plays a key role in coordinating project teams, consultants, and trade partners to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Having contributed to projects for clients including Suncor Energy, Citibank, PwC Canada, WeWork, and Bloom Burton, Denise is known for her organization, attention to detail, and collaborative approach. Her commitment to strong communication and disciplined project execution helps create positive outcomes for both clients and project teams.
Khaamee Mahadevan supports the delivery of commercial interior construction projects from planning through completion. Working closely with consultants, trades, and project stakeholders, she helps keep projects organized, aligned, and moving forward.
Known for her proactive approach and strong attention to detail, Khaamee brings a solutions-focused mindset to every project. Her ability to manage competing priorities and support day-to-day project coordination contributes to the successful delivery of quality spaces for Urban’s clients.
Mackenzie Stevenson has been part of Urban since the company’s founding in 2008 and plays a critical role in overseeing on-site construction activities. With a background in carpentry and residential construction, he brings decades of hands-on experience to every project.
Known for his strong field leadership and practical problem-solving, Mackenzie works closely with trades, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. His steady presence on site has made him a trusted and valued member of the Urban team.
